Starlene Hatch is a mother of 3 beautiful kids and a husband that all have EOE and multiple food allergies. She has a bachelor's degree in Nutrition Education. She works as a Medical Assistant with an Allergist/Immunologist that specializes in eosinophilic disorders and food allergies. She enjoys cooking and involving her kids in their meal planning and has a passion for Nutrition. In her spare-time, she enjoys oil painting, playing the piano, reading and spending time with her amazingfamily
