Makes one loaf of Ancient Grains Sandwich Bread.

Prep Time      10 Minutes

Cook Time      55-60 Minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine muffin mix and yeast in a bowl or mixer.
  2. Add wet ingredients and whip for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in in greased 8 1/2" x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan and allow to rise 1/2 inch. DO NOT ALLOW BATTER TO RISE TO THE TOP OF THE LOAF PAN.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes. Internal temperature should be between 202-205 degrees. Let cool in pan. Remove and slice.
