Enjoy the Holidays without the dairy


1 Package Vivian's Live Again Vanilla Pudding

6 C Non-Dairy Milk

3/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1/3 C Sugar

1 Pinch Salt

2 tsp. Vanilla

Rum Flavoring to Taste  (optional)

Add non-dairy milk to a bowl or large measuring cup.  Note: Rice milk will not thicken to eggnog texture, but all varieties will. Whisk in remaining ingredients.  Cover and refrigerate until thickened. Approx. 3 hours.
